With over 30 years of experience, Chef Pratt is a founder of Chefs for a Night, a Jacksonville based organization of Chefs that provide “Personal Chefs” for organizations and celebrities who value creativity, expertise in the kitchen, impeccable service and discretion. Chef Pratt brings a level of fine dining recipes and fresh locally sourced ingredients to an outstanding selection of appetizers and entrees to the Breezy Jazz House experience.
